Billing & Payment

We will send out an invoice from Square early the following month from work that was rendered the previous month via email, no matter if it is a one-time project or ongoing work. The invoice will include your balance total for the month as well as a link to a Google Drive spreadsheet with a line-item breakdown of hours worked and descriptions. On the invoice there will be a button that allows you to click to pay the balance due with a credit or debit card taking you to squareup.com to process. No account is needed to pay. You will emailed a receipt upon payment instantly. All balances are due within 15 days of receipt of invoice.
